Optimism Collective uses attestations to distribute 10M OP to public goods
Attestations and decentralized identity are central to the Optimism Collective's mission

The Optimism Collective uses attestations to help governance participants build reputation, record ecosystem contributions, and distribute funding via retroactive public goods funding.

Just as token systems reveal the preferences of token holders, attestations allow us to gauge the preferences of human beings.

By using attestations, the Optimism Collective is creating the data to measure impact and realize their vision of a world where impact == profit, and where human preferences are promoted.
